What You Can Expect

Set Strategy & Roadmap

Own and execute the enterprise FP&A systems strategy aligned to Marvell's business priorities. Define multi-year roadmaps that support AOP, LRP, executive decision making, and global finance transformation.

Gen AI First FP&A Transformation

Lead a Gen AI first approach to modernizing FP&A capabilities by embedding AI into planning, forecasting, analysis, and executive insights.

Identify and prioritize Gen AI use cases such as predictive forecasting, scenario modeling, variance explanation and automated executive narratives.

LEADERSHIP STYLE

Results-driven, high-energy, and execution-focused

Comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity

Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.

MUST-HAVES

• Bachelor's or Masters in Engineering, Technology, or related field.

• 15+ years in IT or technology leadership, including 5+ years in engineering applications or lab operations. Proven success leading large-scale standardization or transformation across global teams.

• Exceptional program management, stakeholder alignment and strong communication skills

PREFERRED OR NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

Strong understanding of lab functions (validation, bring-up, debug, test, failure analysis)

Experience with remote engineering workflows or lab automation

CERTIFICATIONS: PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma (a plus)

Years of Experience: 10 -15

Industry Experience: 8

Education Requirements: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Technology or related field
